Seconded Staff at OKACOM
OKACOM's work is facilitated by specialists from the governments of the three riparian states, seconded as needed from their home countries.
The Guidelines and Procedures for the Establishment and Operationalisation of the OKACOM Secretariat stipulates that seconded staff from the Member States will be attached to the Secretariat.
